
Our Story
Rivetline was founded by Chris Breikss after more than two decades working at the intersection of marketing, technology, and growth. Over the course of his career, Chris helped companies scale through digital marketing, CRM, and automation, including co-founding and growing a leading North American digital agency.

Along the way, a pattern became hard to ignore. Most teams didn’t struggle because they lacked ideas or strategy. They struggled because their systems didn’t support how marketing actually worked. Tools weren’t connected. Data couldn’t be trusted. Execution slowed down everything that was supposed to move faster.

Rivetline was created to close that gap.
The focus is simple: help marketing teams already using Zoho turn it into a system that actually supports lead generation, attribution, automation, and decision-making. Not with long reports or theoretical frameworks, but with hands-on execution that connects marketing platforms, CRM, and data into one clear operating picture.
